Dr. Ray Wisniewski - Girls Now Begin Puberty at Age 9

At study in a sample of 1000 girls stated at an average of 9 years and 10 months, breast development had begun.  This is an entire year earlier than a group tested in 1991.

When girls mature at such a young age, it makes them more prone to diseases later on.  Also, there is the issue of the body aging faster than the emotional and maturity level.

A number of artificially produced chemicals have been blamed.  One that has been found in bood and urine samples is bisphenol A, a plastic found in the lining of tin cans ans babies' plastic feeding bottles.

Another factor in puberty is diet.  The rise of obesity of children  has risen alarmingly in the past 20 years.   A study published by the Journal ofPublic Health Nutrition showed a link between high meat consumption and earlier puberty in girls.

Once more we are seeing more and more proof of how important is is to see our children get proper nutrition and are protected from toxins.  We are not only education our children but giving them a healthy start!
