NUTRIMOST – Follow-Up Consultation: This Consultation can be performed in the office or by phone.  

 

The Follow-Up Consultation is less extensive and requires a follow-up of all initial consultation criteria and goals along with the necessary modifications to reach your health goals.

 

A precise plan and set of modified recommendations and follow-up will be given, involving our unique and precise method to help you obtain the most rapid shift to better health.  All recommendations will revolve around the 6 requirements of the cell and our unique 6 steps to optimal health – which we feel are by far, the most profound methods to create the most rapid shift to improved health. 

 

When we receive your order, a comprehensive questionnaire will be emailed to you, and you will be called to set-up a time for your consultation.
